On July 1st, friends of the Mustard Seed Cafe went on a “field trip” to a Chihuahuas baseball game. Despite some initial rain, a fun night was had by all! Board Member Jerry Hobson from Jardin de Milagros was honored to throw the first pitch, and a fireworks display wrapped up the night after the Chihuahuas won. Proceeds from the tickets sold through the cafe will benefit our Volunteer Appreciation program. To all those who supported this fundraiser and joined us that evening: thank you!
