We are so excited to participate in El Paso Giving Day on October 15th – early giving begins October 8th!
This year, Walmart will award up to $300,000 in matching grants to eligible El Paso non-profit organizations through the El Paso Giving Day initiative. This means that your gift has the potential to be doubled when you give on October 15th! The minimum donation is just $10 – this amount purchases at least 4 meals that we can provide our community! The Mustard Seed Cafe continues to provide free tasty, nutritious meals for the community on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Our volunteers and staff are serving anywhere from 190 – 220 meals a day. Each meal is an intentional connection with the people who come to our doors. We want to be a genuine expression of God’s love in Jesus Christ.
Because of your support, we have been able to serve over 8,500 meals over the last four months, and care for the hearts of the hungry people in our beautiful community!
