  • Healthy Eating: Hummus

    During last week’s Healthy Eating for Beginners class, participants enjoyed learning how to make hummus together! We heard all about this delicious food’s nutritional value and low cost, making it a great option for a healthy, flavorful snack. There was a great turnout and we can’t wait for the next class!

     

    Mark your calendars: our next Healthy Eating for Beginners classes will be held on Monday, June 26, and Monday, July 31st! Please note: due to the holiday weekend, we will NOT have a class in May.

     

    Remember, we have the option to join through Zoom if you can’t make it in person!
