This week, Vida Natural wants to encourage healthy eating in our community by presenting portion sizes. Nutrition is a big part of our overall well-being and nutrition needs vary depending on our health, diet restrictions, age, gender, genetic makeup, personal fitness goals, and socioeconomic status. A good goal is to try and eat more whole foods and especially increase our consumption of fruits and vegetables.
