Easy Grilled Okra
Ingredients:
-12 oz. of okra
-1 Tbsp of Olive oil
-1/2 tsp of kosher salt
-3 lemons, cut into wedges
Directions:
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees).
Mix the okra with the olive oil.
Place the okra directly on the grates and grill 4 to 5 minutes per side (10 minutes total), until lightly charred.
Sprinkle with the kosher salt and squeeze with the juice from the lemon wedges.
